On November 11, 2022, at nightfall, FUTUREMAG hosted its very first event: an evening built around one idea, the perfect synchronicity that connects us with the people who inspire us to follow our desires.
The night had two reasons to celebrate: the launch of FUTUREMAG and the anniversary of our friends at Mezcal 11:11. We brought it to life together with the Ephimera team at the emblematic Ahau Tulum.

Under the warm light of candles, in a rustic setting in front of "Come Into the Light", Daniel Popper's iconic sculpture, Camilo Nu and Tigo Dima soundtracked the night and created a truly magical atmosphere.
Why 11:11
The date was no accident. 11:11 is both the name and the philosophy of the mezcal: in numerology, the hour is linked to synchrony, two connected events happening at the same moment without an apparent cause. Mezcal 11:11 had just released "Sincronía", a limited edition blending its Espadín and Tobalá agaves, inspired by the connection between mezcal and "Come Into the Light".
It's time for celebrations. It's time for Mezcal 11:11. The future of electronic culture started here.
