From Argentina to Mexico's biggest electronic stages, BELU isn't chasing trends. She's creating music that gives people a reason to feel something.

Long before playing EDC México, BELU wasn't thinking about festival stages or career milestones.

She was searching for a feeling.

A feeling powerful enough to make people forget everything happening outside the dancefloor, even if only for a few minutes.

That search has taken the Argentine DJ and producer from clubs across Tulum to one of Mexico's biggest electronic music festivals. Along the way, she's shared the booth with artists including Fideles, Massano, Yotto, Dezko and Eli & Fur while releasing music through Venture Records.

For BELU, however, those achievements were never the final goal.

They simply became proof that believing in herself was finally starting to pay off.

The first turning point came with her debut EP on Venture Records.

Until then, she had never released music through an established label. Seeing her own project come to life, supported by remixes from respected Argentine artists, became more than a release.

It became validation.

Not that she had already made it.

But that she was finally moving in the right direction.

Finding her artistic identity proved to be a much longer journey.

BELU naturally moves between melodic techno, progressive house, organic house, afro house and indie dance. For a while, she wondered whether being versatile meant she lacked a clear direction.

Eventually, she realized the opposite was true.

Her identity wouldn't come from choosing one genre.

It would come from understanding how people experience a set.

"The audience needs those moments of silence to truly connect with a melody."

Learning when to slow down became just as important as knowing when to raise the energy.

Listening to the crowd without losing herself became the sound of BELU.

Like many emerging artists, BELU has experienced the pressure of an industry that never seems to slow down.

Genres appear overnight.

Algorithms constantly change.

Every week brings a new trend.

For a long time, that pace created anxiety. Building a real career takes years of production, networking and experience, while the internet expects instant results.

Today, she chooses to trust something different.

Her intuition.

"If something doesn't come from my heart, I don't follow it, no matter how popular it becomes."

Playing EDC México 2026 became another defining moment.

Not because it was the biggest audience she'd ever played for.

Because it answered a question she'd quietly carried for years.

"That day I discovered something very simple but very powerful: I can do this."

Looking ahead, BELU doesn't measure success by bigger festivals or streaming numbers.

She imagines a community that instantly recognizes her sound, but more importantly, one that shares the same emotions her music was created to express.

Her dream is beautifully simple.

To make someone, somewhere in the world, feel happier than they did a few minutes before pressing play.
